Stress or distress?

The modern world is such a busy place that we rarely have a moment of peace to sit down and take a deep breath! We run from appointment to appointment for ourselves and our kids. This is called too-busy syndrome. There is something you can do about this problem! Gloria will share several techniques that work by reducing stress and anxiety. These can be used every day to improve all areas of your life; career, health, family and relationships.

Do you experience any of these symptoms of stess and anxiety?

· Butterflies in stomach
· Sweaty or clammy hands
· Rapid heartbeat
· Tensing or tightening of muscles
· Shakiness
· Dry mouth
· Wanting to run away
· Lump in Throat
· Tight chest, hyperventilation
· Feelings of Doom
· Headache
· Numbness or dizziness
· Diarrhea
