My favorite holiday is World Hypnotism Day! That's January 4, every year. There are so many wonderful things going on, I hope I can get it all in.

World Hypnosis Day is coming! World Hypnosis Day is coming! It falls on the first Saturday of the new year, January 4, 2014. I can't believe 2013 is almost over!

World Hypnosis Day will be celebrated around the world on January 4, 2014. It'll be celebrated on Heaven and Earth!

How Do You Get Certified in Hypnosis?

Dear Brilliant Student:

If in the past you have contacted me about getting certified by the National Guild of Hypnotists, I want you to know that I will be teaching the Professional Hypnotist Training Class in Tarpon Springs, FL starting on Sept. 22, 2012. You will be certified on the same day as graduation, November 17.

I am looking for a few brilliant students like you to fill the class starting September 22, 2012. The class will take 9 weeks, 9 hours each Saturday. That gives us 80 hours of class time and at least 20 hours of homework. This gives us plenty of time to learn, observe, and to practice during and between classes. The regular price is $999. This price includes all class materials, 2 subscriptions, membership to the National Guild of Hypnotists and Tampa Bay chapter of the National Guild. The classes will be held in Tarpon Springs near the SPC campus on 9 consecutive Saturdays from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Since I am the president of the Tampa Bay National Guild of Hypnotists, membership in the TBNGH is included in the price and ongoing support of the TBNGH is available to you for 1 year after graduation.

February Meeting

The Terrific Tampa Bay Chapter of NGH met last night in Tarpon Springs.

Thanks to Yolanda Douglas for illuminating the members about Emotional Freedom Technique.

Also we discussed whether there should be a membership fee or annual dues and we decided to keep things the way they are, with no fees or dues.

The next meeting will be on a Tuesday, March 18, since the 17th is St. Patrick's Day. Mark Beck has agreed to demonstrate his rapid and instant Inductions for all the members. Mark was the star of the Rapid Induction class we took in Tampa in January. Thanks, Mark!

Hypno- Holiday Party

We had a meeting on November 19. We discussed Automatic writing. Please forgive any mistakes in this entry, as I am writing automatically. Really! No, not really.

We had a surprise guest, who has just completed a book about creativity and we discussed how many authors and writers use automatic writing without really calling it such.

Thank you, Janet. It was fascinating!

The next meeting is scheduled for December 17 and will be about Reducing Stress during the holidays, with a guided meditation led by Gail Sabo. Please bring a dessert or snack to share. I thought dinner items would be too stressful, and there are just so many eating frenzies going on this time of year!
